Getting started

Create your accountOne tap with your Google account, that's it. No password, no bank card.

Steps

  1. 1Tap “Start free” on LOYA's home page.
  2. 2Tap “Continue with Google” and pick your Google account.
  3. 3Answer 3 quick questions: business name, look, reward. That's your page live.

Tip: Pick the Google account you check every day: booking alerts go to that address.

Your 30 free daysEverything is unlocked from sign-up. No card, no commitment.

Steps

  1. 1Your trial starts as soon as your page is created.
  2. 2The dashboard shows how many free days you have left.
  3. 3Nothing is charged automatically: when the 30 days end, you pay nothing.
  4. 4To keep going, you pay 1999 DT once and LOYA is yours for life (see “Paying for lifetime access”).
Put LOYA on your phone's home screenOpen LOYA like an app, with one tap, for fast scanning at the counter.

Steps

  1. 1iPhone: open LOYA in Safari, tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”.
  2. 2Android: open LOYA in Chrome, tap ⋮, then “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.
  3. 3Open it from the new icon. You stay signed in.

Your business page

Edit your pagePhotos, description, hours, address and colours, all on one screen.

Steps

  1. 1Open “My page”.
  2. 2Add a cover photo and a few gallery photos.
  3. 3Fill in opening hours, address and WhatsApp number.
  4. 4Turn sections on or off and drag them in the order you like. Changes are live as soon as you save.
Add your menu or productsWhat you sell, with prices in dinars and photos.

Steps

  1. 1Open “Products”.
  2. 2Tap “Add” and enter a name, price (e.g. 4.5 DT) and photo.
  3. 3Group them in categories (Drinks, Pastries…).
  4. 4Hide an item when it's sold out instead of deleting it.
Share your link and QR codeWhere to put your link so customers find you.

Steps

  1. 1Copy your link from the dashboard home.
  2. 2Paste it in your Instagram bio and WhatsApp Business profile.
  3. 3Add it to your Google Maps listing as your website.
  4. 4Print the counter poster from “Loyalty card” so walk-in customers can scan.

Tip: Change your link (loya…/your-name) any time in Settings.

Loyalty card

Design your cardColours, logo, stamp icon and reward.

Steps

  1. 1Open “Loyalty card”.
  2. 2Pick a style, your colours and a stamp icon.
  3. 3Choose how many stamps are needed (for example 8) and the reward (a free coffee).
  4. 4Check the live preview, then save.
How customers get your cardNo app to download: the card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Steps

  1. 1The customer scans your counter QR or opens your page.
  2. 2They tap “Get the card” and add it to their Wallet.
  3. 3That's it. Their card updates by itself after each visit.

Tip: Ask at the till: “Would you like our loyalty card? It takes 10 seconds.” It works much better than a sign.

Bring customers backSend a message to every card, or run double stamps.

Steps

  1. 1Open “Loyalty card” → messages.
  2. 2Write a short message (“Fresh bambalouni this weekend!”).
  3. 3It appears on your customers' cards on their lock screen.
  4. 4Use double stamps on quiet days to fill the café.

Scanning & staff

Give a stampOne tap per visit from any phone.

Steps

  1. 1Tap the big “Scan” button.
  2. 2Point the camera at the customer's card QR.
  3. 3The stamp is added and their card updates instantly.
  4. 4When a reward is ready, LOYA shows it. Tap “Redeem” when you hand it over.

Tip: No camera? Type the code under the QR instead.

Let your staff scanEach person gets a PIN. They can scan but can't see your settings.

Steps

  1. 1Open Settings → Staff.
  2. 2Add a name and a 4-digit PIN.
  3. 3Share the scan link with them (or open it on the counter phone).
  4. 4Remove a person any time; their PIN stops working at once.

Reservations

Turn on table bookingsCustomers pick a day, a time and how many people.

Steps

  1. 1Open “My page” and turn on the Reservations section.
  2. 2Set your maximum group size.
  3. 3New requests appear in “Reservations” with a red badge.
Confirm or decline a bookingOne tap, then a ready-made WhatsApp reply.

Steps

  1. 1Open “Reservations”.
  2. 2Tap Confirm or Decline.
  3. 3Tap WhatsApp to send the customer a message that's already written for you.

Payment & account

Paying for lifetime access1999 DT, once, in cash or by bank transfer. No subscription, no monthly fee.

Steps

  1. 1When your 30 free days end, the dashboard pauses.
  2. 2Your page stays visible and nothing is deleted: customers, cards, products and bookings are all kept.
  3. 3Message us on WhatsApp to arrange payment: 1999 DT in cash, in person, or by bank transfer.
  4. 4As soon as it's received, LOYA unlocks your account the same day. Done, for life.

Tip: Nothing to cancel: without payment the account simply stays paused, and it's all still there when you pay.

LanguagesYour page and LOYA itself work in French, Tunisian Derja, Arabic and English.

Steps

  1. 1Use the language button (🌐) to switch LOYA's language.
  2. 2On “My page” and “Products”, write texts in each language you want. Customers see their own language automatically.
