The service

Perk gives each business a web page, a digital loyalty card and a reservation module.

Free trial

Every new account gets a 30-day free trial, no card required. When the trial ends the account is paused until payment.

One-time payment

Lifetime access is obtained with a single payment made in person (cash or bank transfer). Once received, the account is activated for life. “Lifetime” means for as long as the Perk service operates.

While paused

No data is deleted. The page stays visible; reservations, new cards and dashboard access are suspended.

Responsibilities

The business is responsible for what it publishes (texts, prices, photos) and for honouring rewards and reservations. Unlawful or misleading content may lead to suspension.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law.
